In the aftermath of the Schumacher-retirement announcement, Ferrari confirmed the much-anticipated signing of Kimi Raikkonen for the 2007 season.
The Finn joins the Scuderia on a three-year contract and will drive alongside current driver Felipe Massa.
Massa also had his contract extended until the end of 2008 along with long-time test driver Luca Badoer.
It was also noted that Michael Schumacher would be playing some role within the team in the coming years, however those details will be announced at a later date.
