Raikkonen completes maiden Ferrari test |

 Kimi Raikkonen completed 39 laps on his Ferrari debut as the Italian squad began its first serious test of 2007 at the Vallelunga circuit on Tuesday.
The Finn has been forced to watch from the sidelines since his final grand prix for McLaren last October, but finally got his first chance to drive one of his new team’s F1 cars – albeit its 2006 challenger, the 248 F1.
On a damp day at the Italian circuit, the 27-year-old completed almost 40 laps with a best time of 1m15.226s as he began the transition to both Ferrari and the 2007-spec Bridgestone tyres.
While Raikkonen was settling in to his new race environment, team-mate Felipe Massa was entrusted with carrying out the development work on the team’s new F2007 car.
A week on from conducting the car’s first shakedown test at Fiorano, the Brazilian racked up 74 laps at Vallelunga and set a best time of 1m14.493.
Both drivers will continue testing at the circuit on Wednesday.
